If you are coming along to the IUFoST World Congress in Singapore, please join us on November 3rd for this GHI special session.

In just a few days’ time, the future of food: innovation, sustainability and health will be discussed at a four-day global congress in Singapore. The congress delegates are gathering from all around the world for the 21st IUFoST World Congress of Food Science & Technology held from Oct. 31 to Nov. 3 in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore (https://www.iufostworldcongress-singapore.com/home). They are all eager to share experience and generate new ideas. In addition to an opportunity to exchange scientific experience, the congress will present an opportunity for scientists and representatives of the food industry to meet face-to-face to discuss future collaborative work as in the good old days before Covid-19.
