On 9th July 2018 attended a one-day sensitization workshop held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on food safety in general and more specifically, on food additives. The workshop was facilitated by DECERNIS LL.C (USA) under the auspices of the East Africa Business Council (EABC) and the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS). Participants came from food business operators, government, consumers, academic and scientific institutions.
