IUFoST - 15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology
GHI will actively participate in the 15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology. You are welcome at the GHI booth (G2) where you may also browse through the GHI book, "Ensuring Global Food Safety – Exploring Global Harmonization", published by
Elsevier/Academic Press.
The GHI Symposium Session "Harmonising Food Regulations" will be held on Tuesday, 24 August.
Following the successful GHI Toxicology Testing Course given by Dr. Firouz Darroudi during the EFFoST Conference in Budapest in
November 2009, GHI is pleased to announce that the course will once again be offered during the IUFoST Congress in Cape Town, with support from EFFoST and SAAFoST.
In addition there will be:
- GHI Microbiology Course by Dr. Beth-Ann Crozier-Dodson (USA)
- GHI Workshop on Mycotoxins, led by Prof. Wentzel Gelderblom (South Africa)
- GHI Workshop on Nanotechnology, led by Prof. Frans Kampers (The Netherlands)
